A 49-year-old man sustained fractures of the acromion and coracoid process after a heavy object fell on his shoulder. The fractures were confirmed by X-rays and CT scans. The treatment included surgical fixation of the acromion with Kirschner wires and tension band, and conservative treatment for the coracoid process. After four weeks of immobilization, the patient is undergoing rehabilitation with gradual improvement in shoulder function.
