As lesões osteocondrais do talus são comuns no âmbito da traumatologia esportiva. Essa lesão ocorre em decorrência de
um traumatismo direto, indireto ou crônico no tornozelo, e pode levar a dor, instabilidade articular, edema e perda de mobilidade. Apresentamos um relato de caso de um tratamento cirúrgico de uma paciente com lesão osteocondral do talus, utilizando a técnica de mosaicoplastia. Uma opção viável para pacientes que não obtiveram sucesso no tratamento conservador.
