Osteossíntese de fratura osteocondral no côndilo femoral lateral após luxação patelar aguda

Patellar dislocations are common in young patients who practice impact sports activities, however the incidence of identified osteochondral injuries is sometimes rare or underdiagnosed. This report describes a case of osteochondral lesion in the lateral condyle of the femur after the first episode of acute dislocation of the patella that evolved with migration of the bone fragment to the joint capsule, being explored by arthroscopy and fixation with compression screws.
