Cases of radial neck fracture with great deviation and instability require adequate stabilization.
The Metaizeau technique uses percutaneous and distal incision. It preserves the radial head vascular system, decreasing the risk of poor outcome. Additionally, it provides a transfixation of the fragment, also providing a reliable stability.
This paper presents a patient with radial neck fracture and great deviation. It was treated with a minimally invasive technique. Reduction was achieved intraoperatively through Israeli maneuver and Metaizeau technique, with a Kirschner wire.
