Dupuytren's disease is a controversial topic, especially about the treatment .Limited open fasciectomy is the choice in the most of cases , but percutaneous procedures have been re popularized in the last years, following the way of less invasive techniques. ln this article, we reproduce the percutaneous needle fasciotomy, that we have used in selected cases.
