This study aims to demonstrate the preliminary results of an alternative technique for the treatment of humeral shaft fractures. Proximal anterolateral access was used and an access between triceps and brachial muscle distally with submuscular plate placement. We present two cases operated in a tertiary hospital and accompanied by a minimum of seven months.
