Posterior glenohumeral shoulder dislocation is an injury commonly overlooked in orthopedic medical care and often diagnosed late. In this article, the authors present the surgical partial replacement arthroplasty technique for posterior inveterate glenohumeral dislocation with humeral bone loss, its indications, postoperative driving and patient outcomes.
