Abstract

This is the case report of a patient presenting adult spine deformity associated with lumbar canal stenosis, showing severe functional limitation. The correction of deformity was performed by minimally invasive technique of intersomatic arthrodesis, initially a lateral approach Lumbar Lateral Interbody Fusion (LLIF), then posterior median access for stenosis decompression, posterior column osteotomy and short arthrodesis approaching only the L3-L4 level. Lumbar lordosis reconstruction was effective, with clinical and functional improvement of the patient.
