Fracture-dislocation of the shoulder and elbow requires complex and specialized treatment as soon as possible. Treatment is considered an emergency because, over time, worsening of the prognosis occurs. This is the case report of a patient, with fracture-dislocation of the shoulder and ipsilateral elbow, who arrived at our service with 40 days of evolution.
