Osteotomia valgizante de fêmur proximal para coxa vara do desenvolvimento

Developmental of coxa vara is a rare orthopedic condition, affecting about 1:25 thousand born and is characterized by a change of development the proximal femoral physis which causes the femoral neck to be short and varus, also the physis to be verticalwhich causes a biomechanical change with shear increasing the risk of epiphysiolysis. The case presented is a 6-year-old patient with claudication and limitation of hip mobility, who underwent surgical treatment with bilateral valgizing osteotomy and fixation with locking plate.
