Angiotomografia computadorizada para tratamento de sindactilia múltipla em estágio único

We present a case of multiple syndactyly in which angiotomography provided release of adjacent commissures at the same surgical time. The release of syndactylized multiple fingers is usually performed at different surgical times to reduce the risk of ischemia of adjacent fingers. CT angiography can be considered a safe procedure that shows the arterial anatomy and provides security for the singlestage release of syndactylized fingers adjacent.
