Ectrodactyly is a malformation that affects the extremities of upper and lower limbs at different intensities. It is knows as a hand and/or foot like a lobster claw hand or foot, (split hand or foot) although this name is not suitable to define all types of cases that encompass this pathology. The authors report a case of a patient with this rare pathology who underwent surgical treatment for syndactilization of the feet in 2017, in addition to presenting, classifying its various types, as well as describing the surgical treatment used.
