Abstract

Congenital torticollis is a common orthopedic pathology, but with a good prognosis when properly addressed. The correct and early diagnosis and the rapid institution of treatment with manipulation and physiotherapy are effective in the vast majority of cases up to the first year of life. Approaches with botulinum toxin or surgical muscle release are reserved for older patients. We report the surgical approach of a 6-year-old patient.
