Método Ponseti no tratamento de pé torto congênito recidivado em criança de 9 anos

Ponseti Method was described for clubfoot treatment in babies, but there was an increase of its indications for rigid clubfeet (arthrogryposis, myelomeningocele and older children) in the last two decades. We described the treatment of a nine-year-old girl with relapsed clubfoot: application of six casts, Achilles tenotomy, and foot abduction brace use. The result highlights the importance of considering of Ponseti Method for older children.
