Parosteal osteosarcoma is a rare and low-grade malignant tumor that appears on the outer surface of the bone. It commonly affects the posterior region of the distal femur and proximal humerus, in patients in the 3rd and 4th decade of life, with a predominance of females. We report a case of parosteal osteosarcoma of the proximal radius in a male patient, showing the treatment performed and the functional result. This is a rare site of this type of tumor.
