Humeral diaphysis is a uncommon site of bone tumor lesions, which can cause pain, disability, functional limitation of the upper limb and pathological fracture, often requiring surgical treatment. In this article, the authors report a treatment option with an unconventional humeral diaphyseal endoprosthesis, showing the surgical steps, main indications and the functional result.
