The authors present an alternative technic for the treatment of distal humeral
bone tumors, that atachead the elbow articulation. Due to the complex elbow anathomy
many specials considerations will be clone to erradicate the tumor trying to
preserve the limb and its functions. The authors present the surgical technic of no
convencional endhoprotesis of elbow, indications, contra-indications and main complications.
