Tratamento do cisto ósseo aneurismático no fêmur distal

O cisto ósseo aneurismático (COA) é caracterizado por uma lesão de difícil tratamento que deve ser cirúrgico, especialmente quando ocorre em esqueleto imaturo pelo risco de recorrência. O sucesso do resultado depende de uma análise rigorosa de exames de imagem, biópsia e imuno-histoquímica da lesão. Portanto, esse artigo demonstra o método de tratamento realizado em uma paciente com COA metafisária do fêmur distal esquerdo, associado com a discrepância no comprimento dos membros inferiores e seu resultado de tratamento sem limitação funcional.
