Cisto ósseo aneurismático recidivante: ressecção intralesional e adjuvância múltipla

O cisto ósseo aneurismático (COA) é uma condição pseudotumoral, benigna, que ocorre de forma primária nas duas primeiras decadas de vida. As taxas de recidiva variam de 10-59% após diferentes tecnicas de tratamento, chegando a taxas maiores em crianças abaixo de 10 anos. Neste estudo, iremos descrever a abordagem cirúrgica para o tratamento em um caso complexo de recidiva local.
