Descolamento epifisário da tíbia proximal bilateral simultâneo: redução fechada e fixação percutânea

As lesões epifisárias bilaterais da tíbia proximal são raras. Descrevemos um caso de lesão bilateral com redução incruenta e fixação percutânea com fios Kirschner.
