Osteoma osteoide é um tumor benigno com quadro clínico caracterizado pela dor noturna, que melhora com o uso de aspirina. Os autores descrevem caso de osteoma osteoide evidenciado por exame radiográfico. Tratamento cirúrgico minimamente invasivo com ablação por radiofrequência guiada por tomografia realizada com sucesso
