Os autores apresentam uma modificação na técnica Transfix® para o tratamento da lesão do ligamento cruzado anterior (LCA) que visa aumentar a resistência da fixação do enxerto tendinoso na tíbia através da fixação transversa com parafuso BioTenodese® e no túnel tibial com enxerto ósseo autólogo cilíndrico, o que promoveria uma rápida integração do enxerto tendinoso à tíbia.
