Tratamento de deformidade dos dedos menores do pé “a la carte”

As deformidades nos dedos menores constituem uma das queixas mais frequentes, porém devemos considerar a grande variedade dentro dessa entidade clínica. Para cada tipo específico de deformidade, pode haver uma combinação de procedimentos ósseos e de partes moles, escolhidos “a la carte” pelo cirurgião, de acordo com suas preferências e conhecimentos. Neste artigo apresentaremos uma possibilidade de tratamento híbrido, compreendendo a técnica cirúrgica aberta convencional associada à técnica minimamente invasiva.
